Mochizuki Tomoya is a single man who makes ends meet by working at a convenience shop during the day. He can't draw, isn't much of a writer or composer, and doesn't know much about business, despite his fondness for eroge. Still, his ambition is to work at an eroge studio, where he can make the games he enjoys. Tomoya's luck changes when he spots an ad for a help wanted ad for the local studio Flower, and after a meeting with the company president (who, to his surprise, appears like an elementary school teen), he gets a position as the firm's website administrator. Tomoya's joy at being a part of the eroge industry is short-lived, as he soon finds that Flower is on the verge of being shut down due to the failure of their debut release. After finishing Flower's first game, Tomoya discovers that his coworkers have no idea what an eroge is and lack the knowledge and understanding required to create a solid game. Following some prodding from Flower's parent company's president and some personal soul searching, our protagonist decides to salvage Flower by educating the four girls on staff the ins and outs of what makes an eroge good. As the player is given an interesting peek at the world of eroge development, the plot concentrates on Tomoya's function as a psuedo-consultant while also getting to know the four heroines of the story.
