Meanwhile, Shinjuku and the submerged Minato wards became slum regions. Additionally, as a result of the Immigration Laws of 2040, these slums have seen an influx of migrants, mafia, and terrorists, and have become the world's leading crime capital. The year is now 2049, and two ladies have embarked on an operation to apprehend a deadly drug dealer.
